Confirmation of the Dolphin Therapy Application

You have to provide our doctors with all the documents, which are required for the application to the Dolphin Therapy. If our doctors give their consent, your application will be accepted. You will only have to pay the Dolphin Therapy package. This fee does not include your trip to and back from Turkey, the transportation or accomodation, but of course we will help you as good as possible in organising the above mentioned issues.

Please do not forget to add to these forms, the latest reports, the patient history with all its information and a photograph of the patient.

Dolphin Therapy Fees

For a 10 day therapy 3750 Euro will be charged.

Therapies that last 5 days or longer will be calculated with a daily rate of 375 Euros.

Single-day therapies cost 425 Euros.
